Return & Service Policy
At Vintage Treasures & Repairs, we specialize in vintage jewelry, custom work, and repair services. Please review our policy carefully.
Repairs & Custom Work:
All repair services, resizing, and custom work are FINAL SALE and non-refundable once work has begun or been completed.
Vintage & One-of-a-Kind Items:
Due to the unique and often delicate nature of vintage items, all sales are considered final. We do not guarantee condition beyond what is disclosed at the time of purchase.
In-Store Purchases:
If an exception is made, exchanges may be considered within 7 days of purchase and must be approved on a case-by-case basis. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Shipping & Returns:
If an item is shipped to you (including repaired items), you are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged during transit.
We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping once the item has been handed over to the carrier. Any shipping claims must be handled directly with the carrier.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
Fraud Prevention:
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, or deny returns in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
